Custom Products

All custom dock components are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun.

​

Exchanges

​

Products may be exchanged at the discretion of Legacy Docks. Any costs associated with exchanges, including restocking, transport, or material differences, are the responsibility of the customer.

Accessories

​

Unused accessories may be returned only if:

• They are untouched

• In original packaging

• Returned within a reasonable time frame

Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Deposits

​

Deposits are non-refundable, except in extraordinary circumstances determined solely by Legacy Docks.
